Vast and varied are the ways in which we experience and relate to what we encounter. At times, we all need a space held specifically for us.
Hello. I welcome you here. My name is Kathy.
What might you be going through that brings you here?
Maybe the reasons are so clear for you, or perhaps you don’t quite know where to begin.
Perhaps it’s…
…fear and anxiety
…anger, shame, or guilt
…relational conflict or loss
…feeling like you’re never “enough”
…taking too much on
…an unfulfilled longing
…personal growth
Whatever your struggle or aspiration, I’m glad you’re here. I see your presence here as a sign of care for yourself, your relationships, what you carry, and what you need. Please have a look at what I share and consider if it resonates with what you’re hoping to address and experience in therapy.
With interest and warmth, I seek to co-create a mindful, collaborative, therapeutic space where you and I attune to and attend to who you are, the concerns and aspirations you bring, and what arises in our work together. The entirety of you matters and is welcomed!
Working together
I’m a Professional Counselor Associate offering online individual therapy to adults who reside in Oregon. I am accepting new clients for sessions and use HIPAA-compliant video conferencing.
People come to counseling for a wide variety of reasons and with different kinds of expectations. In light of this, taking time to talk together about what brings you to this place is really important. We want to know that we are a good fit for therapeutic work. I offer a free 30 minute online consultation where we can get a sense of fit with each other. I primarily work with clients who want to address:
stress & anxiety
depression
life transitions
trauma
self-care & self-worth
grief and loss
chronic pain/illness
emotional processing
direction, meaning, purpose
personal growth
